Release notes for the Tobago MDA Generator

• Created two templates that allow generation of web menu's per actor. They are called Menu and Menu Code Behind. Such a menu control can start any of the (primary) use cases that are associated with the actor. (April 2007)
• Added a new property to classifiers called NavigableAssociations that holds a collection of associations that are navigable from the classifier to the other association end. (April 2007)
